Regional Manager

 Regional Manager is a Zonal role that revolves functioning below core objectives at Zone level:

 · Driving Sales  through Area Managers across all the Regions.

 · Regional Analytics support to Zone with an objective to help Region/Area to achieve their topline targets through analytical insights by providing product level Opportunity/Potentials.

 

Job Requirement:- Minimum 10yrs of Experience in Software Sales & Administration.

Branch Manager

Job Role:

 Branch Manager is a very important role that revolves functioning below core objectives at branch level:

§  Acquire quality Customers.

§  Identify target markets and Segments

§  Ensure to follow all compliance and KYC norms while acquiring

§  Ensure that the customer is guided regarding rates and charges.

§  Commission and Rates to be fixed in the system.

§  To achieve Business / Income targets

 

Job Requirement:

 ·       Graduate, PG preferable

·       3 to 5 years of Experience preferably in same Industry.  

·       Excellent Domain knowledge.

·       Excellent sales skills.

·       Excellent knowledge of client behaviour & engagement in each product / geographic segments

·       High energy levels and enthusiasm, should have winning attitudes

·       Out of box thinker and creative problem solver.

·       Good listener and should possess excellent communication skills.

·       Excellent negotiator and smart worker
